Hi! I am Layla. I graduated from RWCMD with a Master's in Design for Performance in 2023. I previously got a BA in Fashion Design in 2021. I am currently based in London.

Since graduating, I have gained valuable experience working as a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor, assistant in multiple settings, immersing myself in the theatre industry.I believe costume is an essential part of  Performance art and I am devoted to creating unique, bold and characterful costumes. My experience in the fashion industry gave me a strong design ability and construction skill, as well as creative perspective on costumes. 

I am a collaborative person and good at working under pressure. Being efficient and facing the challenge is my work principle.
