Design process
My primary responsibility within this production is costume design, encompassing costume sourcing, purchasing, and costume budget management. My process began with extensive discussions with the four choreographers to understand their initial concepts for each piece.

Through these conversations, a unifying idea emerged: assigning a distinct color to each choreography piece. Given the simplicity of the set, featuring a white floor, this concept promised to create a visually striking contrast and help differentiate the various choreographies. After careful consideration, we collectively chose four vibrant colors: purple, green, blue, and red.

To bring this vision to life, I initiated the process by creating mood boards that encapsulated the essence and aesthetics of each color. These mood boards served as a guiding inspiration for the costume design. Simultaneously, I took on the responsibility of sourcing and purchasing the necessary costume items, all while staying mindful of the allocated budget.

This comprehensive approach ensures that the costumes not only align with the choreographers' creative visions but also contribute to the overall visual impact of the production."
